The challenge in this project was to create a clean crisp environment together with a ‘WOW” factor that appealed to the highway diner.
 
Research revealed a need for strong blocks of colour and interesting cubicle design to appeal to a wide and fluctuating group of diners. In the theme of European highway diners, the design of the Autobahn demonstrates a fresh and innovative dining experience
